Thank You Mad Hunky - top eye round

Last night I cooked this gorgeous top eye round on my Weber rotisserie. Yep, I cooked a steak on a rotisserie with a few chunks of hickory.

BIG SHOUT TO MAD HUNKY :clap2: He was generous to send me a few samples of his Moojus and dry rib; both of which I used on this meat. The taste was amazing! I actually used some of the Moojus brine and injected it.

Haven't tried the Moojus, been using his rubs for years. Good stuff.

Rich's rubs and brines are some of the best I've ever used. Hands down.

The Moojus is also great on pork. But it drives him crazy when I tell him that's where I like it best.
