Default Can Someone Bump Up the Turkey Threads?

I'll be smoking/grilling two this year. I don't have the links saved so I would appreciate re-reading the brine and turkey smoking threads. Mine turned out great last year and I followed the advise in these threads.

A couple of questions I hope someone can answer.

Any limit on the size bird that cooks well in a smoker? Wondering if I should cook one large bird or 2 medium birds Thanksgiving day.

Second, has anyone tried smoking 2 turkeys in an Acorn grill? I'm not sure 2 medium turkeys will fit.
