Another first Pbc cook

Made some chicken and ribs on the Pbc and deer sausage and fatty on the vision kamado. Ribs and chicken came out great, it did run a little hot at first around 330 I had to close the intake most of the way and got it around 275. The ribs took almost 4 hours and the chicken just about 2 hours on the dot.

NICE! I'd hit that. Love my PBC TOO! Fixed the pic line up for ya. Hope ya don't mind!
 
Please excuse my ignorance for ive been absent, but what on earth is this new PBC in which we speak of.....that looks cool as hell.
 
I might have to build me one of those thingy, when I can find a free drum, some free charcoal also would be nice
