I'm a wanna be photographer and this is a cool outlet.
I am a newbe. Been fumbling for years but got a real smoker for Christmas.
I would be nothing without this Brethren!

so now that i am done reflecting.... yep them are some great lookin bb's!!! any hints as to what ya did, mop,spritz,etc.... thks for sharing the pics!!!

Sorry for the late reply
Done on the offset with applewood, hickory and Kford blue. A home made simple rub. Spritzed with apple juice. This is right at about 4 hours. went about 1.5 more.
My offset cooks extremely low. Rarely goes above 225 no matter what I do. Buts sucks up fuel. I am looking to go to a UDS if I can find one cheap. (or the drum)
I again say thanks to the Brethren. I would not be able to do this without the team here!
 
I think I can see my reflection on those ribs!
