Hey everyone I am looking for tips and advise on cooking a brisket ,such as cook times and temps and when to foil.

Just one thing to get you started in your fledgling brisket cooking career (and not to start a different line of conversation...stay on topic)...foil is not needed...foil is not an integral part of bbq...foil can be used, but it is not necessary.
