Chicken and beef on the UDS

I bought a top round roast and a whole chicken yesterday. I rubbed the bird with symeans and the beef with a little homemade goodness.

Fired up the UDS, used the minion method with about 10 lbs of KB. Also used my harbor freight weed burner to fire her up.

Pulled the beef at 145 IT wrapped in foil and let it rest for about an hour. Pulled the chicken at 205 IT wrapped and let it rest. Pulled the chicken and sliced the beef. Both turned out great.
