Default Left over juice

finished my brisket and pulled pork in a wrapped foil pan this time instead of butcher paper.

I have a tremendous amount of stock left in the bottom of the pan. Made the mistake of pouring both the beef and pork in one container.

Keep and use?

Some good uses please.
Or throw it out since it is mixed?

Oh heck yes. Makes GREAT chili seasoning (if you like smoky chili and I like pretty much smoky everything..).

Mixing the beef and pork is no big deal.

Save the mixed juices for sure...
And save the fat that separates too...It has great flavor to add to many other cooks and keeps well in the fridge...
