When my late uncle from San Diego would visit my wife would always cook him chow mein and the noodles had to be Hong Kong style and I don't mean those crappy crispy noddles that came in a bag it had to be done right. Because of him I also must have my noddles Hong Kong style and my vote goes to the R2.
