Seasoned with webers Boston bay and Cajun seasoning.

Prepped some red onion. Added lemon juice and habanero and let them marinated for 1 hour minimum.

Got my weber going with half a chimney of charcoal and added orange wood for added heat.

just joking, yes allergic, but that fish looks great , my wife would hit on it.
Show me more of your Fry pan for the Weber please, that's new to me .
 
I'm with the rest of the gang... Pictures look great, but would love to see some more pics of that contraption you've got sitting on top of your kettle and where you got it from.
