We are celebrating Mother's Day today since the oldest has to go back to college in the morning.

Just pulled the butts and the brisket is resting in the cooler.

Mmmmm...looks like someone has been picking at the one on the left!

Well....that was mighty tasty!

If you missed my first post...the deal was I planned on the brisket and pulled pork. At the last minute the wife says she wants tri-tip. And Mrs. Bud ALWAYS gets what she wants!!!

So, we had pulled pork sammies, brisket on a roll, and awesome tri-tip.

Now...time for a nap...
