Lamb Chops, Ribeye, Pulled Beef Short Ribs, Brats...just a few recent cooks.
These were the lamb chops I got on sale a couple weeks ago, and since my wife doesn't care for lamb, I grilled a nice ribeye for her.
Served with fresh corn, and a cucumber/avocado/red onion salad. I went over a bit on the chops, but still really tasty. The ribeye was a perfect mid rare. Monday, I did some boneless beef short ribs on the MAK. Started with a couple hours on smoke, then panned up with my standard onion/mushroom/red pepper. This will be tonight's dinner, served on a fresh kaiser roll. Last night, I cooked some Johnsonville brats on the SM BGE.

All looks good, but that pulled beef ribs made my mouth water.

Well, looks like I'm not going to be able to afford to eat food anymore.

I think you're right: trapping and hunting groundhog could alleviate this problem.

Thank you.....I agree, but would have preferred it mid rare. That said, it was still nice and juicy.
