I saw the guy on the License to Grill show grill some french toast (like a caserole type) an entire slab of bacon, and a big sausage "wheel". it looked really good. he also made some eggs in ham, set up in a muffin pan.

Bacon, Eggs(Sunny Side Up), Grits(NoT INSTANT), crumble and cut up everything together.
