Got this great tip from Alan N from Hong Kong.
As discussed in another thread, grilling on the SJG can get disappointing as the heat dies when you put the lid on (poor airflow / design). Alan advises closing one side vent, stacking the coals on that side then using a simple piece of foil over the open vent to guide airflow under the coals (you keep the lid vent open and above the coals).

This worked really well, I love grilling on the SJG, it's perfect for our family of 5.
The coals lasted long enough for some teriyaki chicken tenders
Then burgers after that
