shoulder, spinach and cheese fatty

Did a 11 # picnic shoulder and a fatty with spinach and plain old american cheese last night. Put the shoulder on around 8 PM. 195 degrees at 9 AM, pulled her and foiled up jones right into cooler for one hour. Tasted great!
Fatty wasn't bad either...
