Default Brisket to pulled brisket

I forgot my good knife at my sister inlaws at Thanksgiving. just pulled the brisket out of the cooler to slice up and wrap to bring to the Pats game.. I was making a mess of it with a cheap knife and just ended up pulling the whole thing to shredds.. still tastes great, but I think im in for some ribbing from the guys after talking this up all week............

Just tell them that's how they serve brisket in Texas. And then hope that no one knows better

Mix it up with some sauce and grilled onions and serve it on some good buns and I doubt anyone will complain too much:

Pulled Brisket tastes the same as sliced Brisket.
Just a presentation and texture thing.
