rootsn bluesn bbq Contest (Columbia Mo)

To be a little more accurate, The City of Columbia is having it's first contest. There are actually 3 contest in Columbia this year. Shrine Club, BIA and Boone County Fair. Maybe 4 if Bass Pro decides to go again.
 
Hey Jay i talked to Amy last week and she said that she is working on having the BIA contest at Bass Pro parking lot. Would that be good or bad?
 
Wondering if you all have dates so I can plan a road trip.

Edit: Want to come up that way any how don't real need a cookoff for a excuse

The Shrine Club contest is May 11th and 12th. The Boone County Fair contest is July 27th and 28th. The Brain Injury contest is October 12th and 13th. There is a contest in Jefferson City April 13th and 14th.

Just sent the check in for this one. Since we're originally from stl it will give us a chance to cook with family and friends.

Nice music lineup! I wish we had an event like that in my neck of the woods!
 
Bubba, IMO, the campground location would be More facilities such as shower, etc.
