Having some company over this evening, which gives me a great opportunity to use my Trompoking to make Gyros on the 26’er.

Started by picking up ~4lbs of Beef and ~4lbs of Lamb

Then went to slicing

Seasoned the lamb with Lamb Rub

And the beef with Q-Salt

Made up some marinade and tossed the slices in some baggies
