Default Beef Ribs, ABT's & Chorizo Fattie

Chorizo fattie

Beef Ribs with Montreal Steak Seasoning

ABT's

After 2 hrs in UDS

After 4hrs

Finished ABT's

Ribs

Fattie

All of the food was good. The Beef ribs were ok. I guess I need more practice. The ABT's were great. Not enough cheese in the fattie or I didn't roll it tight enough.

Sure wish I was your neighbor, I would make up an excuse to come over and sample the grub, you know, sorta like the King's Poison taster in the olden days. Spectacular looking grub, good job.

If you have nothing to do tomorrow you should come to Bennekom,Holland.
If I'm correct Don Marco and Caruso are going to be there as well.
Nice cooking SmokeMaster1!
