What is this and is it good for pulled pork? On sale 89cents/pound.
 
Neil did you get a superior sales ad? It's in there. Brisket and babybacks on sale also.
 
I get them a lot. I think they are a little more tender than a butt so I cook hotter (325 / 350). They are most often a lot smaller than a butt so adjust the time. Cook to 180* internal for slicing. 195 / 205 or so for pulling.
