The problem with making a really yummy desert is that it can be a meal unto itself. And they're fat pills.

I'll force myself to suffer for the sake of entering my first throwdown.

Need to break out the ice cream maker first...

Not sure how it is going to work, but grilled ice cream sounds awesome! :-D

Couldn't let Charles just walk away with it without at least a bit of competition. We're not big on desserts, but here's some grilled pound cake with macerated fruit & some homemade maple/bourbon whipped cream. Please use this as my entry.
