Default Looking for American Royal Wristbands and a Parking pass

Out of town/local teams. I am looking for people who have extra wristbands and parking passes.

We are working to get volunteers for the Operation BBQ Relief booth and thought if you have extra's you would donate that would be awesome! PM me if you do and I will make arrangements to get from you!

Thanks

I am not sure when we get wristbands and parking passes. Didn't notice any in the packet I received...maybe I need to look again.

I purchased a parking pass thinking I would need one, but I now read that each team gets 3, so now might have 4 for one vehicle. Also, it is just me and my wife so we will probably have extra wristbands too.

But again, I am not sure how to actually get either of them. I am also not sure if it is permissible to give them away. But If I can get this worked out and I have extra that I am allowed to share, I would be happy to hook a brother up.

I think they should be going out this week to you. If you have extras when you get them let me know! Thanks

You are also allowed to park one vehicle in your spot if room and do not plan to leave once the event starts. So you may not need a parking pass at all. keith

Thanks Keith. I realize now that I should have bought a bigger site. I am hoping I have enough room for my trailer and a couple of canopies. My f-350 dually will sure not fit. :(

Thank you to all who have already contacted Stan about the wristbands and parking passes. We really appreciate your support of OBR.

I'm in the process of putting together volunteers and will need coverage from Friday morning through Sunday afternoon which means quite a few volunteers will be needed. To reiterate what Stan originally posted, "if you have extra's you would donate that would be awesome!" Please PM Stan if you do and we will make arrangements to get them from you!

Thanks,

I volunteed to judge the kids Q so they are supposedly sending me and wristband and a parking pass. I think that they still need volunteers so that is another way to get passes. I'll let you guys know if I will be able to help with your booth too as soon as I get my schedule figured out. How long are your shifts?

Bigdog thanks for the consideration.

The coverage we are looking at is Friday and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. through 10:00 p.m., and Sunday 10:00 a.m. through 3:00 p.m. The shifts run every two hours (i.e. 10-12, 12-2, 2-4, etc.).

I know there are more wristbands out there not getting used. It is for a good cause!
