Hi Folks,
Figured I'd introduce my self, my name is Ron & I'm hooked on outdoor cooking! I moved to Wellington, CO a year ago after spending the last 15 years in SW Washington state. Unfortunately, when I moved I had to sell my #7 Kamado but I am still cooking on a Masterbuilt Electric Smoker right now until I decide what I'm adding to the arsenal probably either another Kamado, a BGE or a Traeger. I just picked up a very nice 55 gal drum today to build a UDS out of as well so I'm keeping busy. I'm also buying a La Caja China to start doing pig roasts. My wife and I are CBJ's and love to eat BBQ. Great forum here, already a wealth of info on the UDS which has made for some great reading.
