After seeing a thread of someone buying a weber wok at their local hardware store I remembered I had one and dug mine out of the tombs (garage boxes).

I have had this in storage for almost 6 years. I even forgot I had it.

I actually seasoned it last night.
After getting the coals ready added some evoo.

Threw on two whole bell peppers, half and onion and three halves of boneless skinless chicken breast.

Stir fried until vegies were warm but still crisp and chicken was warm.

I know, this photo kind of sucks but, removed my fajitas from the wok.

Melted some cheese on a tortilla added sour cream and salsa.

Thanks for looking at my dinner pics. :p

I'm in for a plate!

Had no idea weber even made a wok for the kettle - makes total sense tho!!

I'm inspired

I got a CI wok I use as a diffuser. I have a rack that would lift it up to about the right spot  I think I'll give this a try!

Thanks for the post!!!

That looks great. Did the EVOO smoke much? I think I'd use canola or peanut oil in a grill fired wok.

My wife bought me one of those but I haven't used it yet.

Great tool... great job! Don't shelve that Weber again!

Looks fantastic!:thumb: I think I'm gonna get one of those Weber Woks now.
