Anyone used weddings.com?

Curious if anyone had actually tried it or had success using the site. I signed up for the free vendor list which basically lets you see all the brides in the area looking for vendors and wants you to upgrade to be able to contact them. Looks like $29 per month could be worth doing.

Is there $360/yr in your advertising budget? How many of these do you think you could get for catering?

That's kind of why I asked. If others have used it and had success then I would be up for spending the $180 for 6 month.

We use Weddingwire.com and thumbtack.com out here in So Cal. Weddings.com we tried it, but their clients were a bit too "formal" for BBQ. localcatering.com can be good as well. We have gone to local wedding expos, and they have always yielded a good return on the booth fee. Best of luck!
