If this works you should see photos of the two grinders I now have, along with the Buckboard bacon I mentioned in a previous post. If the photos don't work you will just have to take my word that it happened. I have not had much luck posting pic lately and I wont try again on these, if it does not work, sorry.
Side by side comparison of a #32 and #22 grinder.
This shows the bearings in the #32 and though you can't see it the #22 has a plastic sleeve instead of bearings. Well it looks like you can see a bit of the plastic in the smaller grinder.
Business end of the two grinders.
And lastly a couple photos of my first time try of the Buckboard bacon.
Sorry no finished fried pic, could not get to the camera fast enough.:icon_wink
I need to pick up a knife, stuffing blade and a larger size plate for the larger grinder. Going to mount this one to a 1/2 geared motor with a set of lovejoy couplings, my only concern is if it will be two slow as I mentioned before, the rpms are about 30/32, seems a little slow but we will see. Don't know what I will do with the #22 grinder it could become a present to one of my kids someday, heck everything I own with be a present to my kids someday.
