Uds first cook
I want to thank everyone here and this site. I had a few questions and you guys set me right. I've been using a charbroil offset smoker for years. I like my uds better after just one short cook. I used a weber kettle bottom for a lid and have a pittmaster iq 110. I finished it Saturday around noon so I didn't have time for a long cook. So I just did some chicken thighs. I got up to temp twice as fast as my charbroil. I had two vents open and the third hooked to the iq and it ran at 275 the whole cook. Gonna do some babybacks this weekend. I can already tell im gonna love the uds.
