SRF Wagyu tri tip

Received my Wagyu tri tip from the dessert throwdown. Love the care SRF takes in packaging and shipping their meat. Reverse seared on the Weber, pulled at 125 internal temp. Served with some carrots from the local farmers market and a side salad, meat was extremely juicy and tender.
