Poured 4 footings last fall for a simple covered bbq pergola. I have 2 Kamado cookers that I’ll drop the counter so they sit relative to the rest of the counter.

Posts are 8’ in width and 3’ deep. I’ll build the base on this. It will be wood framing with stone counter. Base will 1’ off the ground and all will be covered by a lean-to roof.

Wondering what options I should build into it?

Do I make large drawers for the kamado accessories or shelves?

Charcoal bin?

Haven’t seen that many builds like this. Most are SS outdoor kitchen types.
