I've never seen one of these before. Looks almost like a big, flatter wok. Bet it would come in really handy if you were cooking for a crowd. Very interesting.

Being from the city I did not get a full circle one. This worked, but had to use care to keep the food from falling out.

I have a 26" I built a few years ago. It gets a work out every year at the midwest Brethren Bash! This year we deep fried anything that wasn't attached to the tables!

Check with your friends who deer hunt and plant food plots, you can probably get a free one.
We usually ruin a disk blade or two every year at the hunting club. They mostly have a small crack from the hub outward that would be easy to weld while you are plugging the hole.
