Well my final tally is a wild hog shoulder, 2 whole chickens, and wild hog ribs. Gonna be a day. I say I'm smoking and I start getting texts of people wanting me to do their meat lol.

You need another 12 pack, at least. Love Shiner.

I've got a case of Shiner, three racks of spares, 2 dozen wings, buffalo chicken nachos and my couch.

Rubbed and marinated 15 pounds of pork butt yesterday afternoon.

Made guerre's cole slaw today.

Smoked Baked beens on on the kettle.

So,
Pulled pork sandwich with slaw and lots of snacks. Green onion dip and chips.

My smoker is ready. Now, I just have to get my ars out of bed to make sure it's all ready for game time.

Enjoy the game brethren!!!

Just me and SWMBO. I thawed some meatballs so I could make some moinks. Probably do them in the mini-WSM. I also thawed a smoked chicken breast and I might make some chicken salad.
