A Kamado grill is a thing of beauty. I have a vision and love it. Go ceramic what ever you do.

I have the exact same setup as you... I'd buy more meat.

Kamado Joe! I was in the same boat, as far as the Acorn or a ceramic, I saved and did the ceramic, and I'm in love! It's awesome!

Pellet Grill
I purchased a Yoder YS640 a few months ago and it is incredible! I can smoke overnight without wondering if the temp. will fluctuate. Most people say that the smoke flavor is not there but I would dissagree although mild to moderate it is still there. Ive used many other smokers and this one is king so far.

I agree with the post above to make a UDS and save the rest of your money. You can make a cheaper one for less than a $100 and you can make a great one for around $200. You can customize it to your likes/taste.
