Grilled wings and more w/pron
I was hungry for some wings last night and decided to go towards chinese. Marinated the wings in a simple brine for about 1-1 1/2 hours, dusted with yardbird and on the weber;
Made up a little glaze from these; While the wings were cookin', I whipped up the rest of the chinese dinner; Some fried noodles and vegies and pork fried rice: The finished wings; And the finished plate: And it all came out pretty tasty. Thanks for looking. KC
