Chicken.... I have about 8 leg/thigh quarters to cook up. They will be going on my UDS. Inspire me.

Forget the traditional rub or bbq sauce and marinate/brush with soy or teriyaki instead, adds a nice Asian flair

This would be useful for the leftovers... An asian chicken salad maybe? Keep them coming this is helpful.

Brine those bad boys in some Mtn. Dew and kosher then whatever rub you wish. Just don't brine more than 2 or 3 hrs or chicken taking a green color, which is ok but may freak out whoever you are feeding.

Roast it with kosher salt and black pepper. Then, pull into shreds.

Split a glazed raised donut in half and make a chicken donut sandwich.
