i just had to bbq but did not want to go out side. so i settled for some in door grillin'. old school mod. it is pork chops with some montreal steak seasoning.[IMG][/IMG]

Yes, I do have two detectors in the house. My kids. When they start looking sleepy and can't stay awake any longer, I know the ribs are done.
