Looking to open my first bbq shack and need help with priceing. Any help I would appreciate.

Pulled Pork sand. $6
Pulled Chicken sand. $5
Whole rack with bread. $20
1/2 rack with bread. $10
pulled pork with two sides and bread. $8
Pulled chicken with two sides and bread. $7
Full Rack with sides and bread. $24
1/2 rack two sides and bread. $16
Drinks $1

Whats "bread"?
Make half rack $11 or 12. promotes more sales to full racks.
Your selling your sides for $1.00 with combos but $2.00 for rib combos???
Id make my 2 sides for $3.00 with combos and $2.00 individually.
Pulled chicken is a $ loser. Go with chicken breasts.
