The Fatty-Mex Chorizo Jalapeno Olives With Cheese
Hadn't done a fatty in awhile so I thought I would get to it. Went with a Mexican theme to go with salsa and chips during the game.The fixins' were JD hot sausage,bacon,chorizo link,jalapeno,garlic,onion and black olives.
The Ingredients: Sauteed the jalapeno, garlic and onion with a splash of EVOO: Ready to roll: Soaking up the heat: Ready to eat: Overall it was pretty good. Needs some fine tuning which is always fun. Thanks for looking. |

Thanks. I cooked it at about 300 for roughly 3 hours. I do them to at least 165 degrees give or take(depending on filling). My thermo was dead so I just eyeballed this one. |
