I was teaching my son how to work the grill.

Lighting the Charcoal, lump mesquite mixed with kingsford coals.



Steaks down on the grill.

Thanks guys, this morning he woke up and cleaned the grill and set up the snake method for our bbq beef ribs, all before I woke up. I think that he has the bug. Its hard to get this kid away from his computer.

Looks awesome. Love doing sirloin reverse sear and also lends itself to Sous Vide then blast with fire! Nice to switch it up from the usual 3!
