Default Small Catering Gig, just some random pron

Did a little charity even over the weekend. Snapped a few pics as I remembered as I haven't posted anything other than a comment in quite some time. Just some random iphone pics of some brisket, pork shoulder, spareribs, rib tips, and mutton. BTW, I was always told by my grandma to avoid mutton growing up. I have cooked it several times now and I just love it. It is even great well done and man does it suck up the smoke flavor. Such a nice pairing.

At one time I had three different smokers going, the BGE, the little stick burner (smoked some belly for bacon, sorry no pics), and what my brother affectionately refers to as the buttfarker (that's the big sucka).

The lamb looks ridiculous. My buddy smoked one Sat.,
I made a quick Tzasiki, it was silly. Yours looks top notch.
AND TENDER! The best lamb I ever had.
And I raised sheep. Tender!
