First attempt at making BCC on my smoker

Hey guys,

Last week I had my brother come over for a visit and I know he likes a chicken and a beer so I put them together for him. To get a bit of fuel economy I did not want to put on just two chickens, and since we would have probably eaten both and still be hungry I lined em up.

Cooked em on 250F for a good 2,5 hours, spraying them with some apple juice and whiskey mix I had left over from making PP the night before. I figured what the heck, I like whiskey after beer, so maybe the chickens would to. The end product was superb! Nice, tender and definitely smokey.

I always notice that hardly any beer evaporates, do you guys also have a lot left in the cans after your done?
