Default I like pig butts and I can not lie....

Used pecan wood (that is mesquite you see in the pile behind my pit though) and seasoned them with Lantana's South Texas seasoning. Took them to 195, coolered and rested for an hour, then pulled.

You got me. I am a born and raised Texan, but grew up just south of the Red River in Cooper. However, my family has had season tickets for OU football for 51 years. So I was brainwashed at an early age and sport the crimson and cream.

It makes for good conversation and I could NEVER wear that puke orange!
