KCBS national tour hits Salt Lake city
Tonight i had the opportunity to go and see some of my good friends in the comp. It was fun to talk to them and have them met my wife and family. First time my wife has been to a comp. She thought it was fun and said i shuold think of doing it again.. sigh..
anyway, the night started out with a great dinner at GoodWood BBQ, Awesome food and environment. It is a fancy sit down steak house with a southern pride. The main chef is also competing in the comp tonight as El Toro Loco Well, here are some pics. The inside of Good Wood BBQ The cool gas lights that are supposed to look like mapple leafs One of the Big rigs from R&R BBQ of utah Some good lookin homemade pits My mentors Food truck and smoker he named Showtime! He is the one who first taught me all about bbq and smoking before i found this forum. Thanks for lookin. It aint much but it was fun.

Have fun. A buddy and I recently went to one in Southern California (5+hour drive). Had a blast seeing a lot of friends. You don't have to compete to have fun. :)
