I was kind of disappointed in the moistness (or lack of moistness) in this brisket. At first I assumed I overcooked it because it produced a lot of juices in the foil.... but it was not crumbly. It was just dry, so maybe I undercooked it.
Anyway I liked the flavor of the marinade and it went well with my rub... so I will be trying this again this time with more attention after wrapping. I did take a few photos, if they come out I'll post them later.
