Default Some Smoked Chipotle Pork Rellanos

I used some of the smoked chipotle pork butt from the other day...

http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/sh...ad.php?t=71434

Blistered and peeled some chilis....

Shredded some of the smoked pork and mixed with minced onion and some campesino...

Peeled, seeded and stuffed the chilies....

Battered and fried....

Thanks to the Brethren.... I had mexican beer too!!

The chipotle smoked pork rellanos were tasty.... I only tried one beer, the Tecate, but it went well with the rellanos. Looking forward to trying the other beers this weekend.

Thank you for the help in choosing my beer and thank you for checking out my rellanos. :)

Nice! Relanos are one of my favorites! Try Negro Modello once you have finished your current supply of Mexican beer!

The best Rellanos are the ones you make at home.

Thank you 82 and Deguerre... I had to have a sip of that foaming beer before taking a pic.

Thank you Phu!
Ron, I will give that beer a try... I'm new to mexican beer and have a lot to learn. Thanks!

Grillman, I agree... home made/hot out of the skillet are hard to beat. Thanks!!

I figured you had something good planned for that butt, besides the tamales. Beat the whites, add flour, then fold in the yolk? They look great Jeanie.
