Default teres major and some venison chili

a pal of mine grabbed a case of teres major and since i had never cooked i before, he shared some with me. tender and beefy, we absolutely loved it. we used the oakridge santa maria seasoning on that. i have enough leftover for steak sandwiches tonight. i'm thinking onions, sweet peppers, teres major and some pepperjack ought to do the trick on that.

i also had a venison backstrap in the freezer so i ground that up and made a pot of chili.....

ground backstrap.....

i also had my first crawfish of the season.....

i made a pretty killer crabmeat imperial earlier last week as well, but didn't post.....

even the oldest loved it.....

pretty fuzzy picture there....
