After saving and dreaming over just the right pit to cook on. I have finally purchased a Traeger 075. For the first cook on it I put a 15 lb turkey on it. Was I nervous? Heck yes! It turned out excellent though. Pron to come on that. I was going to include some pictures of the traeger but it looks like no pics allowed in the cattle call.

This looks like a great place to ask questions and wonder around the forums to come up with great ideas for cooking.
