mmmmmmmmmmm I can only imagine how great that Turkey is going to be!
 
just started raining here so a couple ugly quick mods if you need to. Alum foil vent cover and themometer transmitter in a baggie.

Fatty... cheese stuffed and bacon wrapped (Kate's basket weave...)

Arm Roast... lol, just b cause... got any advice on this?
 
Spicy bird

Turkey... moist, moist, moist!!! Juicy, Spicy and Smokey outside 3" or so...juicy basic turkey flavor middle of bird. Slower & lower next time maybe & not so heavy on the heat in the brine and rub.
