Default Quick breakfast fatty

All prepped for tomorrow morning to smoke first thing. Maple jimmy dean sausage stuffed with homemade hashbrowns seasoned with MAd Hunky, diced jalapeños, and shredded cheddar/Monterey jack cheese mix. No fancy weave, just a quick and dirty bacon wrap. She is ready to go. I will post pics of the cook tomorrow. Planning on smoking her on the redhead kettle---- it will be my first smoke on her! :D

Thanks fer lookin

Before adding shredded cheese:

All rolled up:

Interested to know how this turns out. I tried a breakfast fatty a while back but not with hash browns. It was OK but not good enough to do it again. I may try this one if it works for you.
