Santa Arrived early - I got a GOSM
Picked up my GOSM - Deluxe on Monday. Seasoned it Monday night and took her for a test drive yesterday. Smoked up my first Turkey and threw on some Tur-oink balls and some Spicy Almonds during the smoking. Learned a bunch for the next bird.

The GOSM is assuredly a great cooker! The food looks wonderful, and I like the look of those hot pepper seeds in the turkey rub. Great photos, too...

Nice looking food! I have the gas GOSM. I made a charcoal basket for it and put some side vents in and now run it off charcoal more often than gas.
