Smoked meatloaf is sooooo awesome. Yes, you need to try it. I like it WAY better than oven cooked meatloaf. It soaks up smoke like a sponge. You can get a quarter inch smoke ring in a one hour cook.

It's the only way I'll make meatloaf now after the first time I smoked a couple on my sense retired ECB but haven't had a chance to do one on my UDS. Give's me an idea for dinner one night.
