Chucky Pron and help request
Hello Brethren, haven't cooked on the Party cart UDS for a few weeks, but today is beautiful here in Escalon today, plus the 49ers VS Cheese heads game is on and i dont show up empty handed at the neighbors.
So I rolled it outside and decided to Hot N Fast my first smoker Chucky got the uds calmed to 280 -320, and its on and looking good. Question: As much as my friends like BBQ sauce, Im going without today, I can serve it on fresh rolls or maybe a small thick flour tortilla, so does anybody have an idea for maybe a white sauce? Possibilities: Sour Cream, mayo with a lil horseradish? Ill post pics in a bit...when I figure how to get them from my iPad. THANKS!! |

The one I make is:
1/4 cup sour cream 2 teaspoons horseradish (from the jar) good sprinkle of garlic salt splash of lemon juice Stir, sample and adjust any flavors to suit you.

I like Wayne's recipe. A little dill and parsley might be a nice addition as well. Just a thought.
